I found Reiki after I was in a car accident, at 22 years old! I was seeing a Chiropractor three times a week for two years. After owing thousands of dollars and not feeling any relief, my wife Deborah and I began the journey to learn different modalities of healing, learning Neuromuscular massage, polarity, shiatsu, meditation, breath control and acupressure. My wife and I learned Level I Reiki together, In Level I Reiki, the healing is focused on “Self” first. Reiki was the most powerful healing source I had ever experienced. Marin Reiki is based in Marin county All other modalities taught me how to work on others; Reiki taught me to work on myself. I learned to move energy throughout my body with my breath. For 25 years I have been a mastering the healing arts. Sharing unconditional love to all around me. Before my feet hit the ground I put my hands on my heart and send myself love. I focus on the symbols harnessing the powerful energy from the universe, releasing conditional love energy throughout my body.
I would like to share one of my reiki poems, I use it to inspire myself every day:
My will is flying high in the sky, for the children so honest and true. What I will create in time is to spread my gifts through the day and night. To all chosen sacred sights. As Powerful as when the river runs to the sea, to me, it seems like destiny. Let’s create a playground for the world to see how to share their beliefs with no despair. The unknown light will be my guide tonight: The energy I feel inside will be my guide to spread this precious light. This unknown light will be my guide tonight to flow to where it is mine to decide. As the chosen, I must decide to trust this light throughout my life.
I’ve been playing music since I was five years old, starting with the saxophone then percussion, flute, sing and composing. I believe that the vibrations of music are one of the most powerful healing sources in the universe.In Reiki symbols were created to harness energy. Reiki works on the body, mind, and sprite.
I dedicate my work with Marin Reiki to my late wife Deborah Hemingway. She passed in her sleep Jan.10, 2015. We believe Reiki is the most powerful tools for transformational energy healings that are available today.Thank you for reading,
